Overall dry pizza. Could use more Red sauce. Kind of tasteless, but good meat. Undercarriage was moderate, could be better.

One bite, 10 people know the rules. Heard great things, not impressed. Huge flop, undercooked, and sauce was chunky. Maybe another day would have been different. Either way, bad pizza. That’s a review.

Now this is a quality Neapolitan style pizza. The sauce and crust are solid and then the cheese pushes it over the top. Very good pizza. Would definitely come again.

Good slice. If you’re in the Highland Park area, I recommend giving this a try.
