Olive's Fresh Pizza Bar - Excelsior

Pizza isn’t bad. The crust is great! But the toppings are not. The cheese is somewhat plastic like and other toppings cut so think they’re undercooked.

Just looking at this pie got me feeling good about myself, took a bite and felt even better

Not as good as I remember

“Chevrenth Heaven” is one of the most unique pizzas I’ve ever had. But it is EXTREMELY good! My wife gives this a 10, the sauce is delicious and the toppings really add to it. The goat cheese is the cherry on top! Great pie!

Crust tastes stale, probably due to crust being cold proofed not long enough. But my biggest gripe is the sauce… it is way too sweet and basil forward. I love basil, but all I could taste is basil and sugar.

Tasty. Dang tasty. No flop. Flavors a bit subtle but would definitely have again.

Sweet sauce and a nice crunch.

Flatbread style. Very sweet sauce. Nice ingredients. Needed a bit of salt. Delicious salads

Overall a good pizza. The crust was the best part but lacking on the sauce. Got the pepperoni and sausage pizza and the buffalo chicken. Liked both of them!

Flop was different on almost every piece, the sauce was quite lacking, cheese seemed good, wood fired pizza makes it taste quite original. Quality pizza, good to try for a new place, probably not a place I would come again. 6.7

The brick oven they have makes the pizza taste authentic. The cheese/sauce ratio is very good.

Got Olives pizza from Excelsior Minnesota. The flop changes depending on the piece. You get a wet cracker in the middle and a nice crunch on the outside for a thin crust. Very greasy middle. Not a huge fan of square cut pizza so that hurts my score. Toppings are good bread/crust and cheese are poor. Would be better with thick crust for sure. ONE BITE!
