Ollie's Brooklyn Pizza

Single greatest Cheese Pizza slice I’ve ever had. “Perfect undercarriage”

As a huge fan of New York style pizza from a youth when I would get a slice from the New York style pizza parlor in downtown Denver until now, when I saw Ollie’s it was immediately on the list of pizza that I had to try. If the sauce was more on point it’s an easy 8+ but it came in a little light and the flavor wasn’t as robust as I would have liked. Still worthy of a 7.9 and I will be back. For those wondering, I would have given the Pep an 8.2. The added punch of flavor from the pepperoni gave it the flavor that the cheese was missing with a less robust pizza sauce. Ollie’s on 9th and Central, worth a visit!

Never been a New York style fan until this place. Absolutely incredible pizza

Wow this place really did their homework. Raised on NY pizza I’ve had the best, from John’s of Bleeker to Defara’s pizza. This town really needed great pizza and they got it. Moderate flop, sauce is thin with a little sweetness, and the crust is great. I had both a single slice and a fresh pie. The single slice was a bit old and the fresh pie was miles ahead better. The amount of pepperoni was excessive on the single slice so I asked the light pepperoni (pictured). Would definitely go back.

Very good pizza. I was hoping to score Vinny's at 8+, but I felt like it just wasn't quite there. The crust was good, good sauce, not much flop. *This is from the new N. Phoenix restaurant.

Real deal ny people! Pretty good every day slice. If you have been to NY for pizza then you will love the sauce! Best NY slice in the area
