Ollie's Pizza

Great tasting, artisanal pizza. All the pizzas we ordered had some kick to them especially ones with Calabrian chilies. They also have a pizza with spicy ‘Nduja sausage. Also has tasty salads and a good beer selection

Little too much floppagefor my liking. Possible due to 20 min car ride so I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. I’m envisioning this as a fair and honest 7.5 with its max potential peaking immediately after coming out of the oven and not put in a box to get soggy. Good flavors in general but nothing that’s knocking my socks off. It’s good pizza. Is it drive 30 mins outta your way pizza? No. Will it fulfill its cravings for pizza that you can grab on your way home. Yes.

I go to Ollie’s a lot and have been trying to build up a solid score. Not enough basil most of the time and usually could use a bit more time in the oven. But overall it’s a solid pie and definitely some of the best you’ll get around the Hudson valley

Been meaning to try Ollie’s for a while and it’s definitely worth the hype. Great marinara that’s a bit sweet but tangy. Fresh mozz made by in house that you can really taste. Lil flop but great under carriage with a nice char. Some excellent pizza here Franklyn. Wish it had just a bit more crisp and I could see her being in the 9’s. Nonetheless, a lot phenomenal pie. That’s a review!

Great pizza! Only the best ingredients. Dough is traditional, light and airy which makes each bite crisp all the way through. Hands down best pizza around!

Crispy, no flop, fresh, obviously quality ingredients. Easily better than any pizza within an hour and a half drive.

The Special. Fucking. Hits. I’ve have the pizza here a few times and I’ll keep coming for a long time. It’s far and away the best pizza in the Hudson Valley but the special pizza with some locally made ham and produce almost brought me to tears. This place is special.

Mini flop,..thin small slices..solid

Ordered a pie with pepperoni. Pleasant surprise to see it cup like this. The only other place I've seen this is Buffalo NY where it is very popular. Good pie on a date night and a very nice atmosphere.
