One Barrel Brewing Company Door County

This pizza was very ok. It was a heavy pie, which I’m not really a fan of. The crust was pretty good, but the toppings is where this pizza falls off. It was decent, but I would not order from here again hence the 6.8 score. People say this is better than Wild Tomato but I do not agree at all. That’s the review, Wild Tomato for the Door County W!

Little flop. Good under carriage. Has some nice char on the crust. Fluffy crust. Good amount of cheese. Could use a little more tang in the sauce.

Soft and fluffy, yet crispy Za. The ingredients were superb. I wish it had a little more crunch and the sauce had more depth. However, this is a good slice to pair with some great beer. 7.7. Great, fair, DoCo score.

Hand down the best pizza in door county! Great crust and sauce. Topping were also very good. Only complaint is need more topping on the pizza. Some slices I only had one sausage and two onions.

There are two pizza places that stand out in Door County. Wild Tomato and Pizza Bros. Wild Tomato uses to be inside One Barrel brewing, but is no longer and is now a different pizza shop called Pizza Bros. They offer wood fire Roman style pizza crust pies. The crust is outstanding. It is fresh and crunchy. The sauce is mild and sweet. Solid mozzarella cheese. I had half cheese and half sausage and pepperoni. Very good ingredients. Highly recommended. Best pizza in Door County. Several different beers to choose from as well.

Wood fired pizza inside of One Barrel Brewing. Fantastic, sweet tomato sauce. Pep/Sausage is my go to. They have several “artisan” styles that look amazing!
