One Pie Pizza Co

Pizza tastes fresh and almost homemade. Crust is good ,soft doesn’t have much of a crisp on bottom but still good definitely has more of a homemade dough feel to it.Sauce is sweet, I’m not really a sweet sauce kind of person but it was still good. Cheese was great, nice cheese pull. Pepperoni was the best! Definitely hand cut and fresh. Love seeing the extra seasonings sprinkled on top. Over all good pizza but I would def pair it with a less sweet sauce

This pizza here definitely crosses the line from good pizza to great pizza. Great cheese. Great sauce. The pepperoni and crust were not even what I typically like but still, it all flowed together beautifully. Loved this pizza, best I’ve had in a long time.

One of the best pizzas ever.. a true Buffalo zah with the crisp ronis .. shout out to Jay for the recommendation.. and the homemade blue cheese is gold. It’s going to be tough beating this… very very good pizza 🍕.. GO BILLS

Extreme crisp and the garlic flavor won this a high 7 Sauce was good but could tell the cheese wasn’t very fresh

This might be some of the best pizza I have ate in a long time! The pizza is so good If it was on tinder I’d swipe right on it. The crisp was amazing with every bite, the sauce was so fitting for this slice of pizza it was sweet and thick the dough itself was just how I like it! It wasn’t thick but wasn’t think had that middle grounds. This is a amazing pizza!

Thickest pizza I’ve ever get had in Buffalo. Dough isn’t even completely cooked through. Sauce is very sweet. Lots of great pep. Extremely expensive, $18

Let me start off with sweet. If you like sweet come here. They have a solid sweet sauce and the blue cheese they provide with each other is also very good. There was a good amount of cheese on it that overlapped the crust so it is hard to rank the crust. It’s not your classic pie it’s rectangular pies of pizza. They do not have flexible hours however which may be a struggle for some people looking to come here. But in the end I enjoyed this slice and would look to come back here and order a pie for a bills game

Been waiting to do this place for a very long time. I had very high expectations and boy were they met. The sauce and cheese has a lot of flavor. Little bit of flop but it was fresh out of the oven. This was for sure worth the wait. The crust and dough of the pizza are also very flavorful. It also had some seasoning on the top which adds to the blast of flavor you get with every bite. They also make there own homemade blue cheese which i gave a try on the second slice and it was also top tier blue cheese. This is a top tier slice and I would for sure recommend giving it a try. To start off, the immediate thought you have when you grab this slice is the not to toasted not to soft bottom crisp of the dough. I’m top off that the sauce tastes like a flavorful explosion in my mouth with a little bit of a sweeter taste than expected but it doesn’t matter because this sauce, dough and cheese has completely smashed expectations and my tastebuds out of the part. This place is kind of unique in that all of their pizzas are the same size (I think) - a 1/2 sheet, which was kind of a neat characteristic. As for the pizza, this is as Buffalo a pizza as I can think of. It has hefty ingredients, the dough is fluffy and doughy. The sauce is sweet and there is plenty of cheese (and its fair share of grease). The flavor was really good so if you like this style of pizza, you’ll likely enjoy this spot.

Sweet sauce, crisp crust, good cheese. Maybe it’s not your style but, I love it. Lives up to expectations of the high reviews. New favorite pizza shop in Buffalo.

Wow this pizza is good. This is how thicker pizza should be made. I love the sweet sauce on the pizza, perfect amount of sauce to cheese ratio. I really enjoyed this pizza not much to say it’s just good in all aspects highly recommend.

Quality paired with simplicity really tickles my fancy. Throw pizza into the mix and I'm sold. This place focuses on one sized pies made with quality ingredients and multiple toppings to choose from. We got the cheese and pepperoni half-sheet from their menu which is another cool thing about this place. The rates are flat and tax is already included. What you see is what you pay. I wish every place did this! Upon first glance the pizza looked extremely delicious and I was not let down. I loved everything about it. Their thick sweet red sauce, charred pepperoni, tasty cheese and dough that seemed to be cooked to near perfection. The thin layer of textured crispy dough on the bottom gave stability to the entire slice as you ate and complimented every last bite down to the crust. Their homemade bleu cheese is also primo. One Pie might just be my new favorite pizza place...

Classic deep dish pizza but not too deep. Dough is tasty, crust is molded with the rest of the pizza so there really is no crust but i like that and the cheese is great. The sauce is good but a little too sweet and the pepperoni doesnt have enough taste. Overall a solid pizza for the money.

This place has limited hours which made it difficult to get a review in. They open around 3 pm. No lunch traffic here... This reminds me of home cooked pizza. To start, it was the longest reheat I’ve experienced. It was piping hot but that’s fine. The sauce is on the sweet side, not overly so but no tang either. The bottom was a little crispy and because the sauce was covered the ends, no real crust. The cheese is fresh and the sprinkle of oregano is always a bonus. They do include blue cheese (homemade) with each order but even the blue cheese is a little sweet and I prefer chunks of blue cheese. Overall, the average score for this place is a little high.

Red Sauce is thick and Sweet, crust has good crunch to it, Flavor/ingredients are fresh..classic half-sheet ordering style, order ahead, slices take a while
