Cheese to sauce ratio was near perfect. Half of it had a good crisp with no flop. I would've went into 8s if it was baked evenly.

One of the few things I agree with Dave on. Fancy pizza usually tastes similar. I also would agree fancy pizza when it’s averagely good is a 6.8. I put this one up a notch because the sauce was great. Super fresh and great flavor on the sauce. The rest was average for fancy pizza, which is always too doughy for my liking. That’s a review.

Medium flop, light on the char. Could’ve been cooked a little longer. Good taste on the sauce. Not too greasy.
