Original Emilios Brick Oven

These guys are across from Sal's, and will always play second fiddle to Sal's and that's ok! The Sicilian gets the 6.6, the crunch was nice and everything else was average. The sauce on the grandma slice on the left had a nice sweetness to it. I score the grandma a 6.8.

1 cheese slice, noon on a Friday, $2.75 Across from the famous Sal’s on Mamaranack Ave, which I don’t love. Sals is better than Emilios. Half the cheese fell off on the first floppy bite. Most flop of any slice in a long time. Tasted okay otherwise but didn’t finish in hopes of finding another good slice elsewhere

Needed more sauce, cheese was good, but something about it just didn’t hit right.

Crust was not good, so plain and doughy. It tasted like someone who baked bread for the very first time. Sauce was ok , cheese was basic. Had a white slice as well, also not very good and I regret eating it. Cant believe I’m saying this but Sals>Emilio’s and I think Sals isn’t good either. Disappointing. 5.5 that’s the review.

Great crunch. Zero flop. But def needs more sauce. Its bland without it.

Solid Slice, Fairly rated

Thin crust, no flop, moderate grease. Sauce not too sweet.

Plain pizzia,they call it brick oven ,but it is just a gas oven.
