Probably the best sauce I’ve ever had. Adds up for being a pregame slice for the Cortland game

Driving home from Boston we came in during a quiet time and waited an hour for our pizza. The crust was cold and the toppings were hot. Felt like the Bills game was more important than getting the food made.

an absolute masterpiece. crispy undercarriage, very flavorful sauce, cheese under the sauce is delicious with the touch of parm on top

I like the sauce. The pepperoni is good but not crispy due in part it’s under the sauce. The crust is delicious. It’s a different take on pizza and I really enjoyed it.

O’scugnizzo (oh ski neats) heard pres stopped in so I had to. drove an hour with high expectations. Place appeared fully original on the outside so you know it’s gonna be good. Talked to the owners daughter who was slinging pies and she told me they’ve been in business almost 108 years and that they’re the second oldest pizzeria in the country. They still make there pie the same way they did when they started which is absolutely incredible. Everywhere I turned there was a story from the photos on the wall to the guy walking in picking up a pie that he hadn’t had since he got out of jail in 2000. Just a great overall experience. Crust was absolutely fantastic ZERO flop stiff as a board slice. Cheese was good sauce was homemade and the grated parm on top really did the trick. This thing is made with love by hand from top to bottom. Not my style that I was raised on but I respect the hell out of it. Such a cool place with great people will drive an hour to come back. God bless o’scugnizzo pizzeria🇺🇸

This pizza is great, tons of crisp in every bite. Dough is almost like a french bread, fresh sauce and cheese with the parm to top it off. Lives up to the hype

Sturdy crust foundation, bordering on stiff, it’s pushing the limits but doesn’t violate the crisp to crunch ratio. Killer ingredients. Def the way to go if you want a thicker upside down style pie.

Sloppy sauce job. Not executed well at all. This pizza has the potential to be great. I expect excellence! I will get excellence!

I wanted to go here for years, after finding out it's one of the oldest places in the country and it also has a very unique style. I had very high hopes for this, as any place that can make it for over 100 years, has to be good! The dough had a nice crunch to it but was also nice and chewy. I enjoyed the sauce and whatever herbs in the parmesan they sprinkled on top as well, the issue is that the cheese wasn't melted anywhere near enough for my liking. I couldn't imagine getting a pizza with toppings, as I don't think they would be cooked in the same manner as what most people are used to on pizza. You also have to let the pizza cool for a minute or the sauce will drip all over the place. Definitely not a good first date spot, if you're planning on ordering their Pizza anyway LOL The walls are covered with old photographs of the prior owner and pictures of the restaurant from years past, which was neat to look at while waiting for my pie.
