Served hot in 3-4 minutes with a good Ossining crisp and a little Briarcliff flop. The sauce is good but a little under salted and a tad over seasoned with strong oregano flavor. The mozzarella is very good quality and compliments the slice nicely. The dough recipe is standard although a little doughy and chewy. Tastes like uncooked flour. You could eat this 2-3 times a week and not be disappointed. Strong, standard, bus stop slice!
