Great sauce and good ingredients nice pie

Crispy, tangy sauce, no flop and the cheese is made in house.

Little flop. Slightly thicker than I would want in a neapolitan style. Even brown on the crust with little char. Would like more character in the crust. Nice leoparding on the bottom.
