Another Naples hit! The Modena pizza is absolutely amazing. Pancetta, Ricotta, Brussels Sprout Leaves, Olive Oil & Garlic Chips all cooked to perfection in Tulia’s wood oven. No flop and the bottom evenly cooked with a light and airway crust with hints of wood aroma. Whether on 5th Ave or in Mercato (that’s where I was) this pizza is a must! 🇮🇹👌
