Slightly generous with this one because while the pizza isn’t amazing, it’s far better than any other pizza I’ve had in Bruges. Cheese wasn’t distributed evenly at all which means one or two slices were better than any other slice in the pie. Crust is a little bit different because they use Belgian beer in the yeast. Not bad, just different. If you’re in Bruges, this is the place to check out for a decent pizza.
