Pizza Review
got a solid-looking pie here. Nice char on the crust — not burnt, not trying too hard, just enough to let you know somebody was paying attention. Good undercarriage, holds its shape well. Minimal flop, which is what you want. Nobody wants to fold a slice in half just to get it to their mouth. First bite… yeah, that’s good. Crust has a little crunch, nice chew, and the flavor is there. Sauce-to-cheese ratio is balanced, and the overall flavor punches above its weight class. This isn’t one of those pizzas that’s all Instagram and no substance. It is a little greasy. Not “grab a paper towel and call your cardiologist” greasy, but you’ll see a couple orange spots on the plate when you’re done. Honestly, it works with the pizza rather than against it. Overall, great char, minimal flop, great flavor, a touch greasy but still very enjoyable. That’s a pizza you come back for.
