1 cheese slice, 3:10pm on a Wednesday, $3.25
This was my third slice reviewed in a few hours, it's always best to be the first of the day because being hungry makes everything taste better. It was also in the 3 hour when I randomly saw this place in my travels and stopped in. Usually that's a bad time for a slice but if you can serve a good slice in that hour, hats off - you're doing something right.
This was a very thin slice with a nice crunch to a real thin, very tasty crust. It was well sauced which I always enjoy and tasted like it was heavily seasoned with I suspect onion or garlic powder. The to-go menu sauce the sauce is a secret 40 year old NYC pizza recipe and it is in fact pretty delicious. The slice borders on Very Good and Great. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the area.
On a side note, I think they had A Very Bundy Christmas playing on one of the screens while I was in there. I haven't seen it in years but I love that episode. Good taste in pizza making and TV viewing found here.
