Overall, Ovest Pizzoteca delivered a great pizza experience. The crust was a standout—exceptionally fluffy and one of the best I’ve had in quite some time. While it was a bit doughy, that didn’t take much away from the overall experience. Flavor-wise, the pizza was impressive, with a well-balanced taste that just needed a pinch of salt to elevate it even further. As usual, a bit of crushed red pepper added the perfect touch. The undercarriage was well-cooked, with no flop, which I always appreciate. However, would have liked to see it slightly more charred for that extra depth in texture.
