I was very excited to try Ozzy’s apizza, coming from the N East I have lots of experience with N Haven and NY style pizza. I drove an hour to get here with high hopes. I was a little disappointed, I was expecting it to blow my mind like when I get Sally’s or Modern in N Haven. It’s good, it’s got, it’s got char but I think the part that’s missing is the coal fire oven which you can’t replicate in LA. If I lived in the area I’d be happy but not really worth the 1 hour drive. Crust was surprisingly floppy, cheese was ok, sauce was tangy and nice. Over a good pizza but not what I would call an authentic NH style Apizza. 7.3 that’s a review.
