Doing some work in North Philly today and when I saw an 8.1 community review...figured it was worth the stop. From the jump, the slice looked damn good. Paper thin, crispy, and not undercooked. In terms of the taste...it was good. Great balance between the cheese and sauce. The only drawback in my opinion is that the crust is a little “grainy” in texture and the outer crust was a bland. Overall...especially in this area of the city...not bad at all.
