HIGHEST SCORE I’VE EVER GIVEN IN THE HUDSON VALLEY!! Its so good its almost artisan. Chef Andrew really cares about his product. They def suffer from location. Cheese was high-quality, sauce was as good as grandmas amd undercarriage was one of the best around. It’s amazing they’re not busier but I believe location may play a part in that. Best slice around tho.. Gotta try the grandma slice too (not pictured.) 8.8 for the Hudson Valley!! That’s a review!!
