A pizza that never fails to delight, held up well, little slippage. Fennel sausage hits a bit different from Paesano.

It’s a great bite but could have been in the oven a little longer. Big flop. Very good dough. Nice sauce. Good crust. Just the base a little soft.

Perfect slice. Peppery fennel sausage and great crust. Slightly marked down for the overflopping of the slice but still very solid.

Fancy Neapolitan artisan pie, but of the highest quality. Still, this style tastes just about the same everywhere. Always a 7.2, add .2 for the high quality. Super soft and floppy, as you would expect

The slice was a little too floppy for my liking, but the flavor was great. The crust was cooked well. Napoleon style.
