Good undercarriage, nice mix of sauce and cheese. Solid pie

It is a little higher then it typically would be but it’s out of nostalgia. Their basic cheese slice is very well done, beautiful undercarriage and very little flop. The cheese sauce and crust were all amazing. The one note I’d put on is that it is a greasy pizza, but everything aside it’s still an amazing slice.

This pie has some real potential to be great. Needed to be cooked a bit longer because the crust can’t hold up to all the cheese that is put on it. There is so much a sort of cheese grease soup pours off the back of the slice while eating it. The over all taste is pleasant but lacking anything memorable. The sauce itself is either very bland or lacking in presence because it was like eating cheese and bread. Get the ratio correct and I feel like this could be in the high 7s but as it is it’s a mediocre slice. Not bad by any means but not something to go out of the way for.

Good sauce! Nice crispy bite. Crust was a little cracker like but a deal breaker. Football slice.
