Good pie!

gave this place another shot for the first time in 4 years & this time it was better than my previous experiences with paesans. however, sauce could be a little more tangy & it could have been a bit crispier too...all in all, better than what i’ve had in the past but still there’s still room for improvement

One more Paisan‘s for the books. No flop. Strong Parm flavor. Crust has a nice crisp, well done taste. They did a good job getting the bottom well done, without the cheese getting browned or burned. Can’t really taste any sauce, but this pizza has a potent flavor just the same. If you don’t like a heavy parm flavor, this will not be the place for you.

Hot as a bitch! Coming out of the oven. Crunchy, MASSIVE FLOP! pretty sure my mouth has 3rd degree burn. But not bad slice in the words of el pres “football pizza”
