Very floppy and almost too perfectly symmetrical to appear hand tossed. No variation in the crust as some people run the pizza cutter along it halfway through cooking to keep it flat as pictured. Not much flavor to the sauce. Garlic bread with cheese was sadly awful in my opinion.

Crust was really good, the rest was good run of the mill slice.
