Pagliacci Pizza

Really good crisp, but the cheese and sauce are lacking flavor.

Not bad. The crust is a bit thick and puffy but the bottom is cooked well. Not thin like NY style. Sauce and cheese are fine/ordinary. They go heavy on the cheese.

Very good pizza, solid crisp, good sauce and toppings. They also sell by the slice. I had both a single slice and an entire pizza and the freshly made pie is so much better. If it was just the slice alone, it’s a 6.2 but fresh is 8.1.

Pretty boring pie. The only redeeming quality is the crust. Not much flop, not much flavor.

Respectable slice. Minimal gloop with no grease. Flavor was a bit flat. Overall good pie

Easy go to slice. Good, tangy sauce. Football pizza as the president would say. 7.4 is my review. It’s a honest score. Fair score. It’s an American score.
