Pagliai's Pizza

Got one of their specialty pies. Outside of crust was charred nice. Bottom crust was under cooked and too thin to support the toppings. Tore apart in hand while trying to eat. Flavor was good but just a mess to try to consume.

I used to eat at the Pagliai’s in Carbondale all the time when I went to SIU and lived there. Loved that pizza and it would be in the eights. This one is not the same and not as good in my opinion. A little underdone for my liking. Still a very good pizza but a little less than I was expecting.

Thick crust sausage/mushroom Highs: crust toppings Lows: Sauce was a bit salty and there wasn’t much of it.

First off very good price (less than $10 for one topping small) and decent crisp. Just not a lot else to get excited about for me. I will probably try again when I visit daughter at EIU but it’s a good priced ok pizza

Great pizza! I would have to say one of the best I have had. 7.2 is a very good score for this Pizza

Definitely great pizza, drove 2.5 hours to come here. Will come back again.

Light crispy crust, amazing sauce, gotta take a bite to know yourself how delish....people come from all over for the pizza and I would to if I didn’t live down the road ✌️
