Ordered a medium pizza well done since the guy who took my order recommended it once I said I was there to do a one bite pizza review by Dave Portnoy. Its a little floppy, but you get big slices so fold that guy a little and your good. Under carriage was dark and crispy, about as good as it gets for not being brick fire oven. Sauce is zesty and the cheese fine. I. Do recommend this place if you’re in Benbrook.

Margarita Pizza w/ Ricotta added Sauce: 9/10 Crust: 6/10 Hold: 7/10 Cheese: 9/10 Flop: 5/10 Just based on the sauce and cheese being amazing I can tell the other food must be on point.

Sweeter sauce on this pizza. Little greasy, cheaper toppings. Would want a crisper crust and more of a cheesy flavor.

Crisp was good, not a fan of the corn meal bottom. Seems like a family run place. A little greasy, but a decent pizza. Flop was not to heavy.

Great pie. Not too much flop. Great tasting cheese and sauce. Crust seasoned well and not super doughy.

Good sauce, good amount of cheese. Great ratio between the two. More flop than what i like even after ordering it extra crispy. But the sauce came through with great zing. Good pie!

Forgot to take a picture of the pie. Asked for crispy, highly recommend you do the same if you try it. Not somewhere I’d ever seen the pres, but the best neighborhood place in Benbrook. Would take this over any chain. Overall, not great, but could be a lot worse. Pretty big flop, sauce doesn’t have much taste, cheese has good flavor.
