If it was 1993, I could put this slice on my head and have the ultimate “flop” hair style. The dough is actually really soft and has potential. Crank up the ovens and let the crust crisp up and the score goes up 2 points. The tomato sauce is tomato paste heavy, giving it a very strong tomato taste, too strong. Couldn’t taste the pepperoni. The cheese is good and price is right. Huge slice + pint of beer for $100 HKD ($12.84 USD). Stick with dim sum and seafood if you’re in Sai Kung, unless you’re desperate for pizza.
