The crust around the pie was perfectly crispy. The rest was soft and very chewy. Probably pulled too early as the middle was soggy. Almost like reheated pizza in the microwave. I’m in no was saying it was. Just a comparison

Very thin crispy crust. Cheese makes it a little heavy but the cheese had good flavor. Crunchy crust was my favorite part.
