Palermo Pizza

Alright Brothers Sicilian pie. I had the round, gave that a 7.8. They are more known for the siciliano. Didn’t move the needle whatsoever. Brothers is what it is. It’s a good old fashion pizza. They make a good round, they make a good square, this is what they do. If you bring them over to the boys house for poker night, they’ll feel better about losing their money after having a corner slice. Edit: I talk mad shit, and realized this is Brothers 2. Edit: Oh this is palermo! Brooklyn Bites guy who is a little stunad loves their rice balls!

Very Thick Pizza. Not Bad. Allot of Cheese. Ok Sauce.

Pretty blah. Sauce and cheese were ok. Crust was below average

The pie I got the slices from was fresh out of the oven was fresh and hot, so I think that made the score a little higher than it probably should be. Super floppy, heavy on the cheese, super oily, and pretty good sauce. Not much to write home about.
