Doughy crust and no crisp at all. Moderately greasy, cheese and sauce are pretty good. Not my favorite pizza, but I can definitely still eat a lot of it.

It's much better than I remember. The Palermos I remember was a 5.8. This pizza has a little crisp, a gentle chew, and a great ratio of crust to sauce to cheese.
