Palermo-Ballard

Nice overall flavor and lotsa cheese. Only needs to be cooked longer. Otherwise solid pie.

Cooked well to sustain the toppings. Kind of a chewy crust- not thick, not thin, not crispy. Only thing that brings the rating down.

Margarita is the closest thing to classic cheese. Nicely balanced pie. Liked the fact the basil was sliced up so I wasn't eating full leaves in one bite. Not too thin and has a bit of a crust for what is typically a light pizza.
