Big difference between the tomato pie and the traditional pizza. Tomato pie is to Trenton NJ what thin crust is to NY or deep dish is to Chicago. Gotta get the tomato pie when Gilbert is making the pies. Gilbert is the man.

Ordered the 14” margarita pie, well done. No real flop which is interesting for a margarita pie. I’m looking forward to trying the plain.
