Palio's Pizza Cafe At Firewheel

Ordered a small cheese calzone with pepperoni, mozzarella, ricotta, and Alfredo sauce. It was delicious!!! The crust was the perfect amount of crispy, the cheeses were stretchy and delightful, and there was a perfect amount of pepperonis and Alfredo sauce. Totally recommend!

Probably be better when I’m drunk or hungover. Hardly taste sauce, toppings just slide off, crust is really soft and very floppy!

Pizza came out quick but trust me that wasn’t a good thing. Turned out to be warm at best, not cooked enough to wear you get a crunch on crust. Sauce tasted like water. Other ingredients were not bad at all but they barely stayed on the pizza cause the sauce wanted to slide them right off.

Fast, good, hit the spot. Not too greasy, not floppy, and even the crust is good.
