Probably one of the best slices of pizza on the strip, but could be better.
Fantastic crisp, and very little flop. You can definitely tell some care was taken in type of dough that was used and how it was prepared.
Cheese was good, but the sauce to cheese ratio was off which contributes to this pie’s low score. There is too much cheese and not enough sauce, which leaves the pizza tasting a little dry and salty. It’s hard to tell what the sauce even tastes like due to the amount of cheese.
But that aside, this is a very well done slice. Well worth the trip if you’re already in Vegas and especially if you’re staying at the Palms. And hey… they’re open until 2am.
