Panache Wood Fire Grill

This was absolutely delicious, the sauce was sweet and tangy and the cheese was high quality and the ratios were perfect! The crust is light and fluffy, this would have been in 8s for me if it was just a bit more crispier. Very good pie though!

I liked the ambience right when I walked in. I was a little skeptical that a high class restaurant could make a good pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. This coal fire pizza was on point.

Very nice pizza. Great taste but but nothing spectacular to write home about. For a restaurant pizza it is pretty good. The place looks amazing and the place is full of beautiful women working there. Asked a guy who works there for the proper annunciation of the restaurant and he didn’t even know! For that a .1 deduction.

Alright I’ll be honest, I tried 2 slices. Second slice lifted it 0.2. Comes out a little hot. Once in coagulates, OH MAMA. EAT IT.
