Not even bad. Box touched the cheese, that’s why the edge on circle pie slice is all fucked up. It was thin, crispy, and light. Sauce was perfectly acceptable and had a bit of oregano taste to it. Cheese wasn’t rubbery and was slightly salty but not too salty. A little grease but not enough to dock any points. Overall I really enjoyed it.
As for the Sicilian, I asked for a corner, and I didn’t get it. That really cuffed my carrot. The sauce had bits of onion in it and was real smooth otherwise with a bit of a pasta sauce taste to it. More of a roasted tomato sauce. Cheese was ok. Rather have a few browned spots, seems like sicilian is never cooked enough for my liking. Still a decent square, 6.8 on the Sicilian.
