Amazing caramelized crust, but certainly floppy on the inside. The cheese pie was baked extremely well, just be prepared for a softer under carriage. Sauce was underwhelming, but still good. For a micro-brewery, very good!

I wasn’t a fan of the shredded parmesan on top, but the marinara base was actually really good and gave it a lighter feel than other pizza sauces.
