Cheese is good. Alright crisp. Very doughy but that’s expected. The sauce was mid. I’ve had better sauce out of a red baron box. Also, $30+ for a medium is crazy

Lots of sauce. Crust is sweet. Not acidic. Crust wasn’t very crispy.

Solid pizza for Fort Collins. Sauce is well made portions are hefty for the price. Crust leans towards a Chicago style but the pies aren’t built like they are in Chicago. Good flavor through out. Timber give it a 6. I’d say a 7 so we’ll split the difference.
