Pizza Review
Panino's is another spot that you get what you would expect from a Chicago pizza place. They do it right. You got a nice flour based crust nicely cooked but not necessarily crispy. The crust holds generous toppings well even though it can get a little messy if you eat it steaming hot like me (I have no self-control). I like that they don't skip on the sauce here, which is a nicely seasoned savory blend. Lots of cheese and it is of the stretchy/stringy variety. With the pepperoni and sausage, it wasn't too greasy either. Sausage was juicy and well-seasoned, and pepperoni tasted mild and salty. I've had Panino's on several occasions from different locations and I've never been disappointed. It's a solid choice.
