Papa Gino's

This pizza you can only get in New England, which is where I’m from. It has pretty good sauce, pretty good dough, not a ton of crisp. Obviously there a some better pizza places that aren’t chain pizza spots, but this is still a very decent 6.3!

Papa Gino's: 6.9 Crust: 6.8 Sauce: 7.2 Cheese: 6.7 Pretty half decent slice, little bit doughy, but firm. Sauce is definitely the highlight. Can't go wrong.

It is absolutely mind-boggling that this Papa Gino’s location is still open. The service is dreadful. The wait time on your pizza. although they have almost no business is absurd. This is hands-down in my 54 years on this planet the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Once a year I try this place, and last night was absolutely the last time. The texture of the dough tells me that it was probably sitting out in the open with the air hitting it for maybe four hours or so. We waited an extra 20 minutes – for french fries. And when we got home the french fries half raw, the other half were about half cooked. Never again.

Plain pizza. I like thin crust and the cheese is ok. Sauce is almost non existent and what is there is not very good.
