Papa Guido’s Pizza

Alright Spider, pizza review time. One shoulder shrug, everyone knows the rules. Got my 9” cheese straight out of the oven, less than 10 seconds in the box. Pizza looked good, albeit mass produced. We’re looking at quantity over quality here. Sauce and cheese were decent. Crust is where this review takes a nose dive. After two small slices my jaw was done with chewing. Don’t know where they went wrong but that dough was not fresh. Had the chew of a day old pizza. Wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had but I’d bet Papa Guido would be rolling in his grave if he knew these pies had his name on it. 4.8’s the score.
