Pizza Review
Ordered off the app and was charged twice. I call in to this papa johns and spoke to the female manager. She tells me that she didn’t have an order for me. I said ok, we it charged me twice, how do I get my money refunded? She gives me a 1800 number that was for stores only. They wouldn’t talk to me. I call back to tell her this and she starts getting rude. Her exact words were “well I can’t help you then”. I said so I was charged 17.77 twice, I get no pizza or a refund? She said “pretty much, I can’t help you”. She eventually hangs up on me. I call back and she puts me on hold, pretends to talk to HER boss. She said “he said he can’t help you either and to have a nice day.” So long story short, they just lost a lifelong customer. Like I told her, look at my account. I’ve been consistently ordering from papa johns for the last 20 years. These companies don’t give a damn about you. Filled full of minimum wage workers and managers that hate their jobs and take it out on the customer. No real repercussions for treating people like this. This is why you shop local. You lost a longtime customer.
