Papa Leo's Pizzeria

Was really disappointed with this pizza. Nothing good to say except slightly better than most not all frozen pizzas.

Papa Leo’s never disappoints. Couple slices of sweet from the warmer are always on point. My go-to when in Lockport

Pretty good overall pizza. Sauce is a sweeter than normal. They have an option for sweet and regular sauce, went with regular to make it official. Thicker crust but not crunchy and Sauce was pretty solid. Overall id came again if in the area.

Wow... Here’s what to expect from a pro reviewer... So far the pizza in a Lockport has been decent, at best. I had high hopes for this place as it’s main focus is pizza (see Molinaro’s). On to the review... I’m losing count on how many times a pizza place will give you the option of sweet or traditional sauce (I ALWAYS go traditional) and it ends up being sweet... it was an online order with a clear marking for traditional. With that said, I can taste what could be good sauce but the sugar hides most of the other flavors. The dough isn’t fresh and this is evident by a crispy looking bottom only having to tear the piece off like a rabid dog. The cheese is chewy, with no flavor and definitely not fresh. I can’t believe that I would almost prefer Domino’s over this place. I’ve said it many times, the pieces are in place for a great pizza and unfortunately this time around resulted in a sub par pie. I must review it based on this experience, not the potential.

Sweet sauce. Ok crust

Thinner pizza compared to the usual style around here. Good crunch on crust. Very greasy, and the grease just stayed after every bite. Sauce is bland.
