For thin crust, pizza is better than most pizzerias. They really don’t understand how to cook the bottom well done the toppings were as much as I thought they would be but I think that this is a great pizza. I cooked this at 5:50 for around 16 minutes on a pizza steel, if I had done 500 for 10 minutes that would’ve done better it’s just that the extra five minutes is too much when it’s 550 if you really lie, crackers, style thin crust, pizza, and this is for you
