Papa Passero's

Not sure where these high scores are coming from, but it’s just alright. There is a spot for this type of pizza and I call it party pizza. Pres calls it football pizza. Whatever is your cup of tea. This is one where it can satisfy the kids, but isn’t terrible to the adults. The dough is cooked well, but not crispy. There is a lot of sauce with a good garlic hit to it making it almost a tad sweet, yet it leans savory. I think it’s the stretchy gooey cheese that got me. It was a little bland for me. Maybe cooking it longer would bring out more flavor? Sausage was a little dry, but again it has that kid taste to it as a party pizza. Pepperoni is under the cheese but I didn’t get much from it. Overall, a nice average pizza with a good location for parties, despite being on the pricier side. Check out their party packages. They seem legit.
