Papa Paul's Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta

Forgot to take a photo but ate pizza from here yesterday. The pizza was very average. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t good. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Great crust, sweet sauce, very light

The score is for the pizza only. (The service is very slow and inattentive. Waited 20 mins after seating for a server, and the place was about 1/3 occupancy.) The cheese should be grated and not sliced and placed. You’re not in Naples; it’s not fresh enough; don’t bother. The sauce is a different story. Excellent. If only the cheese was more caramelized to bring it out. Way too much Basel. Again, not Naples; and if you were, three whole leaves in the middle and call it good.

Good pizza. Sauce is a little sweet. Really thin. Fresh ingredients. Crispy crust. A Solid pie!

Now we're have something here. Good looking pie. Crust is crisp with a slight flop. Ingredients are top notch. This is a good slice.

Crisp, great flavor, fresh ingredients...worth the trip

This was my first time at Papa Paul’s. I’m a huge fan of brick oven pizza so I had to try it. I enjoyed it. I asked for it well done and it was cooked perfectly. The toppings were good and fresh. I’m a fan of thin crust pizza and this was really good crust. It was also irregular shaped which I also like as it shows me that it was hand made. It could have used more sauce is the only knock against it.

A lot of flop, thin and crispy crust, just a little undercooked in the middle. Overall, a good quality pizza

Best brick oven pizza on the west valley a bit small but tasty

We absolutely loved Papa Paul’s we called and asked if they could accommodate a group of about 30, the said they would make it happen. None of us had ever been there so we had them just bring out what they thought was their most popular/favorites. They brought out multiple salads, appetizers, pastas, and pizzas. Everything we had was awesome, but we all agreed the pizza was outstanding. The service was phenomenal!

Scores are too low, solid pizza with no flop, no grease and good crisp. Only knock is the sauce, if you ate this pizza with a blind fold on you wouldn’t know the sauce was even there.

No flop, sauce has good tang. Not much favor in the crust.

Good wood fired pizza. Excellent crust.
