Papa Z's Restaurant and Pizza

Traditional CT pan style pizza. Decent undercarriage with OK crust - a little dried out. Good sauce and overall decent flavor, but I found it to be little bit greasy. Sauce pooled a little in the middle with the soft gooey cheese, which made it hard to eat fresh out of the oven; but despite it I enjoyed this pie.

Good crust, cheese and toppings fall off which brings the rating down, also a bit floppy, taste is solid.
