Delicious New Haven style pie

Just moved from the South Bronx to Stratford and stumbled across this GEM while doing laundry. I’ve been to New Haven,Brooklyn,Soho and I’m my humble opinion the local police authorities should arrest the gentlemen “Scott” who runs this joint because He is selling crack cocaine over the counter.. This is a New Haven/New York style pizza. The Sauce is crack and the pizza is cooked to perfection!!! I don’t know these people and I don’t owe these people this is my genuine review of this amazing pizza! Don’t listen to me just go try it ! And PS the customer service is A++

Had really high hopes for this pie, because papas original is one of my favorite local spots. Middle was soup city and had to hold it 12 inches above my head to get it in my mouth, that’s how bad the flop was. Speaking of flop, this experience was a flop. Crust also wasn’t good. Sauce was this pies only saving grace.

Best New Haven style pizza in town. Excellent sauce, cheese, crispy, crunchy dough and crust, little char, good undercarriage, all the specialty pies and any topping is great with this pizza

Very good take out pie great crisp fresh. Best pie in Milford if your looking for crisp and fresh ingredients.

Good pie. The cheese standouts as the winner. Definitely needs more sauce, crust was crispy enough. Not in the same league as the original Papa’s on Naugatuck Ave.

Very unassuming place from the outside. Small interior and mostly just takeout. The guy who worked there was incredibly friendly and made it a really great experience. He even saw me with a child and asked if we wanted the pizza less done than normal since kids often don’t like char (I said to make it normal). The pizza was cooked very well with a small amount of flop. Excellent crust. Good flavor with minimal grease. It’s a fairly standard pie but well executed. I debated whether to go over an 8. Slightly under may be fair but the friendliness of the staff elevated it for me.

Perfect slice in Milford. Flavor is unbeatable aaaaaand fully get that burnt taste on the bottom. Will never go wrong with this slice

Crispy crust, perfect amount of flop, toppings never disappoint. Very expensive but worth every penny
