Served very hot in 4-5 minutes with a hard Rt. 9 crisp and zero 10993 flop. First Bite Score: 4.4 The sauce is very odd with a very weird flavor. It is very thick and unbalanced. The mozzarella is very reminiscent of school lunch cheese. The dough is okay but way too thick. The undercarriage is weird. It has a super thin layer on the bottom that is perfectly crispy but then there is another heavy layer of dough that is very chewy and bland Sub Score: 4.6 SAUCE: needs to be thinner, more balanced and better seasoning MOZZARELLA: could use upgraded quality with better chew and salinity. DOUGH: if you can eliminate the thick layer of dough on top of the perfectly cooked undercarriage this would really elevate the score This slice is way to big and thick to not be good.
