We ordered a mustard pie with sausage and a pie with mushrooms. Crisp, charred crust, cheese to sauce ratio is on point. Highly recommend Papa's. It is magical to say the least. And if you're on the fence about a mustard pie...just do it, you won't be disappointed!

Thin, crispy, fantastic flavors. Worth the road trip! A few slices weren’t as well-done as the others and that made a huge difference, need the crunch for a pie like this!

I’m gonna give it the 8.9 that Dave was gonna give it after getting a fresh pie. The dough is firm, but amazingly, it follows through when you chew it. If you’re a tomato lover I’d pay the extra $1 for extra tomatoes. Oh, and with this one, you don’t get that greasy, guilty feeling you usually get after eating pizza. Amazingly light, but so full of flavor at the same time. Not 8.3, not 8.6, but a solid 8.9

The mustard pie flavor is really interesting, and my family preferred it over the tomato pie, but both were excellent. Mustard pie: 8.8 Tomato pie: 8.5

110 years this place has been slinging Trenton style Tomato Pie. Dough was super thin and crispy from first bite to the last. Ratios of dough sauce and chese was right on the money, and the sauce is just ripe tomatoes, fresh and vibrant red with a slight natural sweetness. Very tasty pizza.

While I think the original, now long gone, DeLorenzo Tomato Pies was the best Trenton style tomato pie ever, Papa’s is now the best existing one. Their sauce is the best sauce is simply amazing, a perfect 10 on the sauce. The cheese blends with it perfectly and is just the right amount. The only thing holding Papa’s back is their crust is just the tiniest bit bland. It’s cooked perfectly and the texture is fantastic. It could just use a tad more flavor. But, hands down one of the best pies of all time.
